I. Product Core Introduction
Nylon conveying belt (hereinafter referred to as NN conveying belt) is a universal conveying belt made of nylon canvas (NN) as the skeleton material and covered with wear-resistant rubber. With the four core advantages of "high strength, high elasticity, fatigue resistance, and lightweight", it has become the mainstream choice for short-distance and medium-high tension material conveying in industries such as mining, coal, building materials, and grain. It can continuously convey bulk, granular, and块状 materials (such as coal, ore, grain, fertilizer, etc.) and solve the problems of insufficient strength and easy stretching and deformation of traditional canvas conveying belts.
1. Core Characteristics
Super Strong Tensile Strength and Elasticity:The breaking strength of the nylon canvas skeleton can reach 100-315kN/m, which is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary cotton canvas conveying belts, and it has a high elastic modulus and low elongation rate (static elongation rate ≤ 1.5%, dynamic elongation rate ≤ 0.5%), which is not easy to stretch and deform during operation, and can maintain the tension of the conveying belt stable, reducing the risk of deviation.
Fatigue resistance and impact resistance: Nylon fibers have excellent fatigue resistance to bending, and after 1 million bending cycles, the strength retention rate ≥ 80%, which can adapt to the long-term back-and-forth operation of the conveying belt; the surface rubber layer uses a mixed formula of natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, with an impact resistance of ≥ 15kJ/m2, which can withstand the impact of块状 materials (such as ore, coke), avoiding damage to the conveying belt.
Lightweight and Low Energy Consumption:The density of nylon canvas is only 80% of polyester canvas, and the weight of the conveying belt is reduced by 15%-20% under the same specifications, and the friction resistance with the idler is smaller (friction coefficient ≤ 0.025) during operation, which is 10%-15% lower in energy consumption than polyester conveying belts with the same conveying capacity, and can reduce equipment operation costs in the long run.
Wide Adaptability:Special models such as ordinary type, flame retardant anti-static type, acid and alkali resistant type, and cold-resistant type can be customized according to the working conditions, and can adapt to a variety of environments at room temperature (-40℃-80℃); the thickness of the covering rubber can be adjusted according to the needs, to meet the conveying needs of materials with different wear degrees, and the service life is 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary cotton canvas conveying belts.
2. Application Scenarios
Mining and Coal Industry: Conveying raw coal (粒径 ≤ 300mm), washed clean coal, coal gangue, and iron ore (small块状), such as transfer in coal mines, and conveying lines in ground coal preparation plants, flame retardant and anti-static types can meet the safety standards of coal mines (MT/T 113-2019).
Building Materials Industry: Conveying cement, sand and stone (粒径 ≤ 200mm), limestone powder, and ceramic raw materials, suitable for cement production lines, sand and stone aggregate plants, and raw material conveying systems in ceramic factories.
Food and Agriculture Industry: Conveying bulk grain such as wheat, corn, soybeans, rice, as well as feed pellets and spent grain, lightweight characteristics can reduce the load of conveying equipment and reduce energy consumption.
Chemical and Fertilizer Industry: Conveying fertilizer pellets (such as urea, compound fertilizer), pure alkali, salts, etc., with no strong corrosiveness, acid and alkali resistance can adapt to mild corrosive environments (pH value 4-10).

Note
1. Actual selection requires the provision of "material type (粒 size, hardness, humidity), conveying capacity, conveying distance, tension requirements, working environment (temperature, whether there is corrosion / flammable and explosive risk)", to avoid early damage to the conveyor belt due to mismatched models;
2. For long distances (>100m) or large tension conveying, it is recommended to use NN200 and above models, and to use vulcanized joints (joints strength ≥ 85% of base belt strength), to reduce the risk of joint breakage;
3. When conveying materials with sharp edges (such as crushed stone, steel slag), it is necessary to select wear-resistant reinforced cover rubber (glue ≥ 12mm), and to install buffer idlers at the point where the conveyor belt receives the material, to reduce the impact of the material.
