  The herringbone pattern conveying belt (hereinafter referred to as the herringbone belt) is a special type of conveying belt that is压制 on the surface of the ordinary conveying belt base belt with V-shaped cross-herringbone protruding patterns. Through the mechanical interlocking action of the pattern and the material, it solves the problem of material slipping and spilling in traditional flat belts during inclined conveying (5°-30°).   1. Core Characteristics
  Super Strong Anti-Slip Performance:The herringbone pattern is distributed at a cross angle of 45°-60°, with a pattern height of 5-25mm (optional). Through "bi-directional interlocking", the friction between the pattern and the material is enhanced, and the inclined conveying angle is increased by 50%-100% compared to ordinary flat belts (ordinary flat belts ≤18°, herringbone belts can reach 5°-30°). The anti-slip effect is more significant for damp materials (such as wet coal, sludge) during conveying, with a material drop rate ≤3%.
  Wear-Resistant and Impact-Resistant Design:The base belt uses high-strength polyester canvas (EP), nylon canvas (NN), or steel wire rope core (ST) as the skeleton. The pattern layer selects high-wear-resistant natural rubber (NR) +丁苯橡胶 (SBR) copolymer material. The wear resistance of the pattern is 30% higher than that of ordinary pattern belts. After 1 million friction tests, the pattern wear amount ≤2mm, and it is suitable for blocky, sharp materials (such as ore, crushed stone).
  Anti-Adhesion and Material Discharge Optimization:The cross structure of the herringbone pattern forms a natural "drainage channel". When conveying sticky materials (such as damp clay, sludge), it can reduce material adhesion, and the material is not easy to accumulate in the pattern gap when the machine is stopped. Some models have a round arc treatment on the top of the pattern, avoiding scratches on soft materials (such as grain, feed).
  Multi-Scenario Adaptability:Customizable flame retardant and anti-static type (coal mine scenario), acid and alkali resistant type (chemical industry scenario), cold-resistant type (low temperature scenario), suitable for a temperature range of - 40℃-80℃; the base belt width, pattern height, and skeleton material can be adjusted according to needs to meet the inclined conveying needs of different industries such as mining, building materials, grain, and environmental protection.

  Mining and Coal Industry: Tilted conveyor for wet coal (moisture content 15%-30%), gangue, coal powder, such as up-mountain conveyor in coal mine, inclined transfer line in coal washing plant, flame retardant and anti-static type conforming to MT/T 113-2019 standard.
  Building Materials Industry: Conveying sand and stone (water content ≤ 20%), cement clinker, lime powder, suitable for inclined conveying lines of sand and stone aggregate plant, and the clinker lifting section of cement plant.
  Agriculture and Grain Industry: Tilted conveyor for wheat, corn, soybeans (with a small amount of moisture), as well as distiller's grains, feed particles, to avoid grain slipping and spilling during lifting, and to protect the integrity of the material.
  Environmental Protection Industry: Conveying sludge (moisture content 60%-80%), municipal solid waste incineration residue, suitable for sludge dewatering and conveying after sewage treatment plant, and material transfer in landfill.
  Chemical Industry: Conveying fertilizer particles (such as urea, compound fertilizer), pure alkali (slight stickiness), acid and alkali resistant type can be adapted for inclined conveying of materials with slight corrosiveness (pH value 4-10).

  Notes
  1. Selection requires the provision of "material type (moisture content, particle size, hardness), inclination angle, conveying capacity, conveying distance", if it is a flammable and explosive or corrosive environment, it is necessary to specifically note to customize the corresponding model;
  2. When the inclination angle ≥ 25° or conveying blocky materials (particle size ≥ 50mm), it is recommended to match the guide chute and buffer idler to reduce the damage of material impact on the pattern;
  3. When conveying high粘性 materials (such as wet clay) for a long time, you can choose "low粘 pattern" (pattern gap widened to 10-15mm), which is convenient for cleaning residual materials and extending the service life of the conveyor belt.
