  Mine conveyors are heavy-duty continuous conveying equipment specially designed for mining, ore processing, and transfer links. They core solution is for "block/particle materials (such as ore, coal, gangue) long-distance, large flow, high load" conveying needs. Through the combination of "high-strength body + wear-resistant conveying parts + intelligent control system", it achieves the operation goals of "stable, impact-resistant, wear-resistant, low failure", and is widely used in underground mining faces, ground crushing stations, ore processing plants, tailing reservoirs, etc. It is the core conveying equipment in the mining production chain.
  1. Core Features
  Strong load-bearing and impact resistance:The body is made of Q355B high-strength steel welded, with a machine frame load-bearing strength ≥ 600kN/m, which can withstand the impact of block materials with a single block weight ≤ 500kg; conveying parts (such as conveyor belts, idlers) are made of wear-resistant materials, with a conveyor belt tear strength ≥ 30kN/m, and the idler surface is made of wear-resistant ceramics or high molecular materials, the service life is more than 50% higher than ordinary conveyors, and it is suitable for the conveying of high-strength ore such as iron ore and granite.
  Large flow conveying:The single machine is designed to have a conveying capacity of 100-5000m3/h, with a conveying speed of 0.8-4.0m/s, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the mine's production capacity; the "horizontal + inclined" combination conveying mode is adopted, with a large lifting angle ≤ 18° (ordinary flat belt) or ≤ 30° (large inclination guard belt), to meet the long-distance (up to 2000m) continuous conveying from the underground mining area to the ground, and from the ore processing plant to each link, reducing the number of material transfers and improving production efficiency.
  Adapt to harsh mine working conditions:It has dust-proof, water-proof, and can withstand high and low temperatures (-30℃-60℃) characteristics. The underground model also meets the explosion-proof (Ex d I Mb) and anti-static standards (surface resistance ≤ 3×10Ω), and can operate safely in the high dust concentration, damp water accumulation, and flammable and explosive underground environment; key components (such as motors, reducers) use heavy-duty models dedicated to mines, with a protection level ≥ IP54, to adapt to the bumpy and vibrating working environment of mines.
  Smart operation and maintenance and safety assurance: Equipped with intelligent monitoring system, it can monitor belt deviation, slipping, abnormal temperature, material blockage and other faults in real time, automatically alarm and shut down when faults occur; set emergency stop button, anti-deviation idler, buffer bed and other safety devices to reduce the risk of material leakage, belt tear and other safety hazards; some high-end models support remote operation and maintenance, and the equipment status can be uploaded and fault prediction can be realized through the Internet of Things technology to reduce operation and maintenance costs.

  2. Application scenarios
  Underground mining: underground scraper conveyor / belt conveyor is used for material transfer from the working face of the mining area to the bottom yard, suitable for narrow space operation in the underground space of coal mines and metal mines, and explosion-proof type can avoid the risk of gas and dust explosion.
  Ground crushing transfer: heavy-duty belt conveyor connects the mine crushing station and the beneficiation plant, conveying crushed ore (粒 size ≤ 800mm), the body is equipped with a dust cover to reduce dust pollution.
  Beneficiation plant process conveying: to achieve the material transfer of "ore - grinding - sorting - concentrate" in the beneficiation plant, such as conveying concentrate powder, tailings slurry (need to be matched with anti-corrosion type conveyor), to ensure the continuity of the beneficiation process.
  Tailings processing: large-angle guard conveyor or scraper conveyor is used for tailings transportation and stacking in the tailings reservoir, which can adapt to the characteristics of tailings slurry with high water content (≤ 30%), to avoid material accumulation.

Large flow rate (>2000m³/h) or long distance (>1000m) requires multi-motor drive, variable frequency drive can achieve soft start, reduce impact.

Calculate by the bulk density of the material 1.6t/m³, the actual conveying capacity needs to be adjusted according to the density of the material.

Belt conveyors are recommended for bulk materials with a speed ≤3.0m/s to avoid damage to the belt from material impact; scraper conveyors have a lower speed, suitable for high viscosity materials.

Belt conveyor: ≤800mm (general type); ≤500mm (large-inclination type); Scraper conveyor: ≤300mm

Pre-crushing equipment is required to be equipped if the maximum particle size is exceeded to prevent blockage or equipment damage.

The load-bearing capacity should match the weight of the material, and the safety factor is recommended to be 1.2-1.5 times.

Conveyor belt (belt conveyor)

Type: Flame retardant and abradable belt (coal mine), high abradability and strength belt (metal mine); Material: EP/NN canvas core (medium and short distance), steel wire rope core (long distance); Covering rubber thickness: upper rubber 8-20mm, lower rubber 3-10mm.

Coal mines need flame retardant belts conforming to MT/T 113-2019 standard, and metal mines are recommended to select wear-resistant belts with glue thickness ≥12mm.

Screw conveyor chain (screw conveyor)

Material: 20Mn2 alloy steel; pitch of chain: 100-200mm; breaking tensile force ≥ 800kN

The surface of the scraper can be quenched (hardness HRC45-50) to improve wear resistance.

idler (belt conveyor)

Type:槽型idler (load-carrying section), parallel idler (return section), buffer idler (feed section); diameter: 89mm, 108mm, 133mm, 159mm

缓冲 idler (rubber / polyurethane material) for receiving section to reduce material impact; large diameter idler (159mm) for long distance conveying to reduce running resistance.

Drive mechanism

Motor: Y series mine-specific three-phase asynchronous motor (power 11-500kW); reducer: hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer (transmission ratio 10-50).

The motor can be equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, and the reducer must have overload protection function.

Please provide "material characteristics (type, particle size, density, moisture content), conveying capacity, conveying distance, lifting height, working environment (underground / ground, whether explosion-proof)", to avoid equipment overload or insufficient efficiency due to parameter mismatch;
  2. The installation of underground conveyors must comply with the safety regulations of the mine, such as setting up guardrails on both sides of the body, adding anti-deviation sensors under the conveyor belt, and regularly checking the tension of the scraper chain of the scraper conveyor to prevent chain breakage;
  3. For long-term conveying of high-wear materials (such as iron ore), it is recommended to regularly (every 3-6 months) check the wear of the conveyor belt, idlers, scrapers, etc., and replace them in time to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
