  Strong bearing capacity and anti-deformation:The main body is made of Q235B/Q355B high-strength steel by welding or cold bending, and the thickness of the key bearing parts (such as idler support, drum support) is 5-12mm. The rated bearing capacity of a single support can reach 5-50kN, the overall yield strength ≥ 235MPa (Q235B) / 345MPa (Q355B), and the deflection after long-term bearing ≤ 1mm/m, which can resist the impact of块状 materials and the vibration of the entire machine during operation, avoid the deformation of the support causing the conveyor belt to deviate, and adapt to the heavy load conveying scenarios such as mine ore, coal, etc.

  Precise Positioning and Stable Operation: The support roller mounting position is set with precise positioning holes (hole diameter tolerance ±0.5mm), ensuring that the support roller axis is parallel to the center line of the conveyor belt ≤0.5mm/m, avoiding the support roller from shifting and causing the conveyor belt to deviate; the drum support is equipped with leveling bolts, which can adjust the horizontal level of the drum (adjustment range ±5mm), ensuring the contact between the drum and the conveyor belt, reducing power transmission loss; the middle frame adopts a "double-beam" structure, enhancing transverse stability, and the ability to resist rollover is increased by 50%.

  Mining / Coal Industry: Heavy-duty double-beam frame (Q355B material, hot-dip galvanizing + anti-corrosion paint) is used for underground / ground heavy-duty conveyors, and the support roller frame is selected to be thickened (wall thickness 10mm) to resist ore impact; the drum support is equipped with a leveling device, which is suitable for installation on uneven underground floors, avoiding the drum from tilting and causing the conveyor belt to wear.
  Building Materials Industry: Medium-sized trough support (Q235B material, electrostatic spraying) is used for cement, sand and stone conveyors, the surface is smooth and does not stick to dust, and is easy to clean; the overall frame height is adjustable (500-1500mm), which is suitable for conveyors of different heights in the cement factory workshop.

Anti-corrosion life is affected by the degree of environmental corrosion, and the maintenance cycle needs to be shortened in seaside and chemical environment.

Explosion-proof grade (underground type)

No sharp edges or corners on the surface (round radius ≥ 2mm), the material does not produce sparks (in accordance with GB 3836.1-2010).

Stainless steel bracket corrosion resistance

304 Stainless steel: corrosion resistance to neutral salt spray ≥ 500 hours; 316 Stainless steel: corrosion resistance to neutral salt spray ≥ 1000 hours

Chemical industry, coastal ports and other strong corrosive environments are recommended to use 316 stainless steel.

Food-grade certification (food industry)

The surface coating meets the FDA 21 CFR Part 175.300 standard, odorless, and no harmful substance release.

Food-grade inspection report is required for food and grain conveyor support to avoid contamination of materials

  1. Please provide the "type of conveyor (light / medium / heavy), belt width, conveying capacity, installation environment (ground / underground / corrosive environment), support installation height and span", to ensure that the support load-bearing and installation dimensions match;
  2. The support for the inclined conveyor (angle ≥ 10°) needs to be equipped with "side guards" or "anti-skid support rods" to enhance lateral stability and prevent the conveyor from overturning as a whole;
  3. After long-term use, it is necessary to regularly (every 6-12 months) check the tightness of the support bolts and the wear state of the anti-corrosion coating, and the bolts should be tightened in time if they are loose, and the coating should be repainted with anti-corrosion paint to extend the service life of the support.
